India has reportedly received access to Claude Mythos Preview — Anthropic’s powerful cybersecurity-focused AI model designed to detect software vulnerabilities before hackers exploit them. Reports suggest even NPCI, which operates UPI, has shown interest in Mythos-level capabilities as India’s digital payment ecosystem faces growing cyber threats. The AI has already helped identify over 10,000 high and critical security flaws across major systems under Anthropic’s Project Glasswing initiative.
